basements, and exterior work (roofing, siding, patios, etc.). We also handle full-scale
construction projects, home additions, and structural modifications.
2. Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We are fully licensed and carry liability insurance and workers’ compensation
coverage to ensure protection for both our team and our clients throughout the project..
3. Can I live in my home during the renovation?
In many cases, yes — especially for smaller projects like bathroom or kitchen
renovations. For larger jobs, we’ll discuss safety, noise, and dust levels to help
you decide what’s best for your comfort and health.
4. How long will my renovation take?
Timelines vary depending on the size and complexity of the project.
We provide a clear schedule with milestones before we begin, and we strive to stay on time while maintaining high-quality work.
5. How far in advance should I book a project?
Ideally, 4 to 8 weeks in advance. For large projects or seasonal work (like roofing),
book earlier. Planning ahead ensures availability and smooth preparation.
6. Do you help with choosing materials and finishes?
Absolutely. Whether you're going for a modern or classic look, we guide you
through options for flooring, cabinets, countertops, and more — within your
budget and design goals.
7. How do you handle changes during a project?
Any changes are discussed with the client, and a change order is issued with details of
the revised cost and timeline. No work is done without your approval.
8. Will I have a dedicated project manager?
Yes, each project has a dedicated manager who serves as your main point of contact
and oversees all aspects of the work to ensure everything runs smoothly.
9. What are your payment terms?
Payments are made in phases: an initial deposit, progress payments tied to milestones, and a final payment upon project completion and approval.
10. Do you offer a warranty on your work?
Yes. All our work is covered under the legal warranty stipulated by the Régie du
bâtiment du Québec (RBQ). For residential renovation projects, this includes a
warranty covering defects in workmanship and materials for a minimum of one
year after completion. For hidden (latent) defects, the legal warranty may apply for a
longer period. We also provide written details of any additional manufacturer or
extended warranties available.
